• Conduct migration readiness assessments and provide guidance throughout the migration lifecycle
• Facilitate migration sessions, offering technical support and troubleshooting during transitions

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software implementation
• Ability to manage large projects independently with limited supervision
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building partner relationships

• Experience in technical roles within SaaS, automation, monitoring, or AI
• Deep knowledge of Connect Wise products, particularly RMM, Automate, and SIEM
