• Facilitate design workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder reviews

• Proven project management experience in learning and development or related fields
• Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and manage communication effectively
• Experience in designing and developing multi-modal learning solutions
• Ability to monitor project progress and mitigate risks
• Knowledge of learning technology trends and accessibility standards

• Experience in the healthcare or related industry
• Familiarity with innovative learning technologies and methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate learning effectiveness
• Previous experience facilitating workshops and training sessions
• Proven ability to support change adoption and mentorship
