Bringing Home the DoughThe director is responsible for the all SAP and SAP related customer facing and fulfilment services and solutions delivery. The director is also responsible for developing the strategic plan and annual operating plan for customer facing and fulfilment solutions in collaboration with the Flowers business and internal IT partners and management.
The director will build and lead functional team responsible for maintenance, enhancements and project delivery providing day to day oversight and management of COE operations and related projects. The director will have business domain expertise in a sales / customer service and SAP functional expertise SAP Sales and Distribution modules across different go to market channels and execution of design, build, test, and change activities.

Position Responsibilities
The director will oversee activities that optimize value, cost and risk of SAP Sales and Distribution applications:
- Functional/technical proficiency with at least 4+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 10+ years SAP IT experience and at least 5 years experience in an IT management.
- At least 10 years of SAP experience implementing SAP with responsibility in SAP Sales and Distribution
- Experience with NPI, Brick & Mortar and e-Comm Drop-Ship
- Experience prioritizing support, enhancement and project requests with business and IT stakeholders and managing delivery
- Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
- Design, configure, test and implement SAP Sales and Distribution solutions and processes.
- Create functional design documents for enhancements, integrations, and data conversions.
- Execute SAP Sales and Distribution functional activities in partnership with Business Relationship Management Sales and Marketing Team, SAP Analytics teams and the SAP managed services providers and related 3rd party sales application service providers.
- Contribute to demand management and lead supply planning and management against deliverables.
- Mentor SAP Managers and Analysts.
- Continually assess the impact of emerging SAP technologies against strategic business needs and interpret business value for the IT management.
- Ensure the consistency and maintainability of new and existing SAP sales and distribution applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing technical and quality standards, guidance and reference architectures.
- Develop productive relationships with business across the organization to influence how SAP sales and distribution applications can enable new sources of value.
- Execute methodologies (i.e. Agile, Waterfall) and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.
