• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in network or voice infrastructure engineering focused on observability
• Proficiency with telemetry, monitoring, and analytics tools
• Strong ability to translate complex performance data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences

• Professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent
• Experience with unified communications platforms like Cisco CUCM, Zoom, Teams
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, Zero Trust Networking, and hybrid cloud environments
• Knowledge of experience management frameworks such as XLAs or sentiment analytics
