• Demonstrate a strong understanding of technologies such as SD-WAN, data center technologies, and AI infrastructure
• Actively participate in customer sales meetings and drive presentations of technical solutions
• Partner with procurement to generate quotes and translate design requirements into BOMs
• Build and nurture customer relationships while collaborating with sales counterparts
• Engage in 40%–50% domestic and international travel

• 5+ years of pre‑sales engineering or related experience
• Cisco CCNP, CCIE, JNCIE, or Arista L5 certifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of campus networking, SDx, data center & cloud, and security technologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve objectives

• Experience supporting global enterprise clients across multiple regions and time zones
• Familiarity with AI/ML workloads and networking performance in high‑compute environments
• Exposure to hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud networking architectures
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform)
• Prior involvement in RFP/RFI processes and technical proposal development
