As a Product Designer, you will design intuitive and effective user experiences for Active Roles (ARS), a core product within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) portfolio.

Active Roles supports enterprise administrators managing identity, access, and directory services across on-premises and cloud environments. In this role, you will help translate complex, technical requirements into clear, usable, and consistent experiences for admin-heavy users.

You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a hands-on, execution-focused role, with strong opportunities to grow your design craft and developexpertisein enterprise identity and directory-based systems.

We offer both remote and hybrid working models in Hungary.

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.
• Translate product requirements and research insights into practical design solutions.
• Design for both:
• Modern SaaS experiences
• Established on-premises products with technical and architectural constraints
• Iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and implementation realities.
• Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and consistency standards.

• Work closely with Product Managers to understand user needs, business goals, and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately across platforms.
• Participate in design critiques, reviews, and cross-functional workshops.
• Support usability testing and research activities.

• Contribute to shared design systems, components, and patterns in Figma.
• Develop understanding of enterprise users, security constraints, and legacy considerations.
• Learn how security, scale, and legacy constraints influence design decisions.
• Continuously improve design skills through feedback and iteration.

• 2–4 years of experience in UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX fundamentals and design thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience designing for web-based or SaaS applications; exposure to on-prem products is a plus.
• Clear communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Exposure to enterprise identity, access management, or security products.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Entra  (Azure AD), or similar directory services.
• Basic experience with usability testing or user research.
• Interest in accessibility and inclusive design.
• Basic understanding of data relationships or database structures in enterprise systems.
