Vice President, Product Design and Research

• Define and drive the end-to-end UX and research strategy for the platform
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across UX, content, systems, and research
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify and solve user-centered problems
• Create design systems and experience patterns for a cohesive user experience
• Champion the use of AI/ML to enhance user experience and research methodologies

• 12+ years of experience in product design and/or research, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in product-led growth (PLG) or self-service environments
• Proven success in leading multi-disciplinary UX and research organizations within complex SaaS platforms
• Strong foundation in interaction design, UX strategy, and research methodologies
• Technically current with modern design, research, and AI tools

• Experience unifying disconnected product surfaces into a coherent user experience across web and mobile
• A track record of leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product strategy
• Confident communicator with executive presence, comfortable influencing diverse stakeholders
