Senior Associate - ServiceNow Developer

• Lead the design, configuration, and customization of Service Now applications across various modules
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and system integrations
• Drive implementation and enhancements of ITSM modules and build ITOM capabilities
• Design and deploy integrations with third-party systems and automate processes for efficiency
• Act as a technical lead and mentor for Service Now developers, collaborating with stakeholders

• 7+ years of Service Now development experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead or architect role
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and Vulnerability Response modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Angular
  
  JS, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise architecture frameworks
• Hands‑on experience with Service Now Generative AI capabilities

• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, SAM, VR)
• Exposure to Service Now Generative AI certifications/capabilities is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide a development team
