• Support the implementation of financial system interfaces and data migration for the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Develop web-based learning frameworks including job aids, user guides, and eLearning modules
• Utilize software tools such as Articulate, Rise
  360, and Adobe Creative Suite to create interactive learning experiences
• Assist in the development of interfaces and support large-scale data conversions
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting project deadlines

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills
• Experience with Articulate and Rise 360
• Self-starter with the ability to handle shifting priorities efficiently

• Experience with Federal Financial Management and systems
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience working with Momentum Financials front-end and database
• Ability to write and execute SQL statements
