• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial service companies to drive Pro Product success and customer retention
• Analyze product adoption data and account trends to identify actionable insights and customized solutions
• Collaborate with Pro Implementation and Pro Account Management teams to enhance customer onboarding and product utilization
• Foster a high-trust environment to ensure positive customer experiences and referrals
• Engage actively with Product teams to ensure customer needs are effectively communicated

• 2+ years of experience managing multiple accounts or 1+ years in the home services industry in a relevant role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and make data-driven decisions
• Experience managing complex customer initiatives with strong project management fundamentals
• Ability to translate product adoption data into executive-level value conversations

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Experience in the Trades or field services ecosystem
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with various teams
• Background in supporting field-based sales and operations teams in a technology environment
