- 5 or more years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, lead management, or workflow automation
- Familiarity with inbound funnels and related concepts such as lead conversion and routing rules
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions with limited data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in building or scaling a product from 0 to 1 or driving early‑stage product adoption
- Ability to lead a product vision that aligns cross‑functional teams
- Experience contributing to a multi‑product platform with shared workflows
- Creative problem‑solving skills and strong product taste
- Previous experience in environments with high ownership and resource constraints
