Sr. GTM Strategy Manager, TPS OnDemand Support & Scale

• Develop and implement a repeatable engagement model for TPS OnDemand capabilities
• Build and execute training, messaging, and change-management programs to drive seller adoption
• Identify friction points in seller journeys and enhance workflows with AI-powered support
• Advocate for seller needs to leadership and internal product partners, influencing roadmaps
• Define and track success metrics for adoption, usage, and business impact

• 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, technical pre-sales, program management, or a related field
• Proven experience driving scaled enablement, adoption, or change management initiatives
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and customer journey design concepts
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making

• Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Knowledge of content operations and orchestration concepts
• Ability to work with diverse teams across various functions
