Workday Reporting Analyst; Finance

• Develop and test custom reports using Workday tools, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, and Dashboards
• Gather reporting requirements and document specifications for reporting needs
• Support data validation during implementation and maintain reports post-go-live
• Provide end-user training and troubleshoot any reporting issues
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams to ensure reporting accuracy

• Strong knowledge of at least two Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, FDM, or Supply Chain)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Workday Pro Certification in HCM Module
• 2+ years of experience configuring and supporting at least two Workday modules
• Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and integration frameworks
