• Own the vision and strategic plan for the payments ecosystem, analyzing market trends and presenting to leadership
• Lead product strategy for an AI-based payments orchestration layer to optimize approval rates and reduce costs
• Shape product vision for foundational services, including centralized token vault and PCI compliance strategy
• Act as a key advisor on payments, mentoring product and engineering teams on technical decisions
• Inform integration strategy with key payment partners and collaborate with the Fraud team to enhance risk strategies

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Product Management, focusing on high-volume Fin Tech, eCommerce, or payments platforms
• Familiarity with the global payments landscape and experience with payment processing systems
• Proven track record of building strategic roadmaps and managing release cycles for complex systems
• Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, finance, legal, and operations teams

• MBA or a Master s degree in a relevant field
• Background in launching initiatives that resulted in substantial revenue growth (e.g., >$150MM) or significant cost savings
• Experience building a new product, platform, or operations team from the ground up
• Direct experience with ML-based payments orchestration products, including A/B testing frameworks
• History of presenting to executive leadership on market trends and managing partnerships with major payment networks
