- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner growth and success
- Must reside in the UK
- Minimum of 5+ years of in-region channel experience in enterprise software or technology networking/security
- Experience in Network Observability/Network Performance Monitoring/Packet Capture
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and strong forecasting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with a 2-tier reseller model
- Experience in Salesforce
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven pipeline development and territory planning skills
- Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment
