- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration, influence, and conflict resolution
- Industry Security Certifications or Industry PM Certifications
- Experience in engaging with customers and handling escalations
- Background in analyzing market trends and competitive landscape
