• Act as a liaison between program and IT teams to translate business needs and ensure seamless process workflows
• Conduct complex analysis of program and industry data to support business proposals and operational improvements
• Facilitate meetings for requirements gathering, improvement planning, and troubleshooting
• Manage program data through variance analysis and reconciliations
• Track project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in an Analyst role
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Minimum of 1 year of experience creating reports in Salesforce
• Experience in energy efficiency
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including XLOOKUP and Power Query

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Comfort in fast-paced environments with committed deadlines
