Regulatory Business Analyst

• Collaborate with functional area stakeholders to assess and prioritize system enhancements and business needs
• Provide oversight and support during requirements definition, systems and process design, data migration, and user acceptance testing
• Contribute to user communication and education regarding business tools and their functional impact
• Develop training content, business guidelines, and reference material

• B.S. degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Veeva Vault RIM suite or similar software systems
• Proficiency in eCTD publishing solutions
• Experience in collecting and documenting user requirements and translating them to system enhancement requests

• Experience with system training and documentation
• Familiarity with using generative AI and agentic AI tools to enhance workflows and processes
