• Serve as the technical authority and primary decision partner during enterprise sales cycles, from discovery through close
• Lead architecture-level conversations with security, email, and identity teams
• Conduct technical discovery to uncover risks and customer needs
• Perform competitive landscape research to address customer questions and objections
• Educate sales executives and partners on the employer’s products, platform, and security posture

• 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience or relevant industry experience
• Proven ability to lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with security and compliance teams
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
• Solid technical understanding of SaaS security models and enterprise networking concepts

• Experience with enterprise email security platforms (e.g., Proofpoint, Mimecast, Cisco)
• Technical background in messaging and internet security principles
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Exchange Online / Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with email authentication methods (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and common failure modes
• Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, or equivalent) to enhance credibility with enterprise buyers
