Principal Security Product Manager

• Partner with domain leadership to set product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals
• Develop and execute multi-year domain roadmaps aligned to organizational strategy and objectives
• Manage and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with leaders, stakeholders, and customers
• Deliver executive-level health and progress reporting of product performance and strategic insights
• Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of directly-related experience, preferably in information security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to top-level leaders
• In-depth knowledge of one or more cybersecurity domains and related principles, frameworks, and standards

• Industry security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+)
• Industry Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe LPM)
• Industry project management certification (e.g., PMP)
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci)
• Demonstrated success in change leadership and consulting
