- Design, develop, test, and implement scalable Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions
- Maintain and enhance SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ) capabilities, including workflows and integrations - Develop custom connectors and automate IAM processes using Java and Python
- Lead technical guidance and mentorship for junior developers within the IAM team
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with internal security standards and regulatory expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology with a focus on Identity & Access Management
- 5+ years of hands‑on SailPoint Identity
IQ (IIQ) development experience - Strong proficiency in Java/Java Beans and experience in developing custom SailPoint components
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts and protocols
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Exposure to GenAI tools and AI‑assisted development workflows
- Experience in large enterprise or financial services environments
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid IAM architectures
- IAM‑related certifications (e.g., SailPoint IIQ certifications, CISSP)
