- 3+ years of Sales Engineering experience or relevant industry experience

- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with security and compliance teams
- Strong verbal and written technical presentation skills
- Solid understanding of SaaS security models and enterprise networking concepts
- Experience with enterprise email security platforms (e.g., Proofpoint, Mimecast)
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Exchange Online / Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Familiarity with email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Experience working alongside SOC incident response teams
- Security certifications (CISSP, CEH, or equivalent) for enhanced credibility
