• Own the success and profitability of the Tenado product lines
• Develop and execute market-facing strategies to accelerate growth
• Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis to inform product direction
• Track product performance through appropriate metrics and develop growth plans
• Collaborate with sales, technology, marketing, and product teams to align strategies

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related roles within software/SaaS
• Proven track record of launching successful products that meet customer needs
• Strong communication skills, capable of leading through influence
• Experience working in international or cross-border teams
• Proficiency in English and German

• Experience in industrial software or related verticals such as metalworking or traffic/safety engineering
• Familiarity with CAD or related design tools
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Figma, Confluence, or MIRO
• Exposure to SaaS/cloud development and modernization of legacy products
