• Provide support to the IT Nation team with high attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
• Advanced knowledge of the organization and Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence others

• Experience in talent and team development
• Strong understanding of technology and business processes
• Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and processes as business needs evolve
