• Support Medicare health claims processing activities in a shared mainframe environment
• Perform daily backups of various mainframe regions and monitor job processing flows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for mainframe backup job corrections
• Create and update dashboards to track mainframe job cycles and ensure software releases are correctly installed
• Coordinate annual disaster recovery activities and review support tickets to resolve issues

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience; additional years may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years supporting mainframe health claims processing and backups for the federal government sector
• 5 years of mainframe support experience, including JCL coding and application support
• Proficiency with TSO/ISPF Editor, IBM Utilities, and automation tools like TWS and TDWC
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance and reside in the United States

• 5 years of experience with mainframe backup software such as CA Disk, IBM DFDHS, DR/VRS
• 5 years of experience supporting CMS and Fee For Service applications
• 5 years of experience with IWS
