- Maintain and enhance the enterprise Technology and Cybersecurity Risk framework to align with industry standards and regulatory expectations
- Produce timely and insightful risk reporting for senior management and technology leadership
- Own and manage the IT Risk and Controls Catalog, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide independent risk oversight of targeted technology controls and IT project implementations
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance risk assessment processes
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity risk assessment
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Management, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of industry control frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27000, and CIS Controls
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical risks to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and NYS DFS Cyber Regulation
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, or CISA
- Prior risk management, audit, or consulting experience
- Experience with emerging technologies and risks, including Cloud computing and Artificial Intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AI assistants like ChatGPT and MS Co Pilot
