What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Effectively manage ticketing queue to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Work with clients’ technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide integration guidance
  • Collaborate with Implementation & Support Engineers and clients to define requirements and configure products accordingly
  • Communicate bugs, feature requests, and product improvements to Product Managers, acting as a liaison between clients and the Product team
  • Ensure a high customer satisfaction score of 95% or higher through empathetic problem‑solving
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a client‑facing technical role
  • Ability to learn quickly and become an expert in products and supporting technology
  • Outstanding problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service, presentation, and writing skills
  • Familiarity with common web protocols (HTTP, FTP) and ability to read modern web pages at the HTML/JavaScript/CSS level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using and managing issue/case tracking systems (Zendesk, etc.) with the ability to provide meaningful reporting metrics
  • Internet/online advertising industry experience
  • Experience in a start‑up environment
  • Positive, self‑starter attitude with a desire to exceed client expectations
