- Effectively manage ticketing queue to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Work with clients’ technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide integration guidance
- Collaborate with Implementation & Support Engineers and clients to define requirements and configure products accordingly
- Communicate bugs, feature requests, and product improvements to Product Managers, acting as a liaison between clients and the Product team
- Ensure a high customer satisfaction score of 95% or higher through empathetic problem‑solving
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a client‑facing technical role
- Ability to learn quickly and become an expert in products and supporting technology
- Outstanding problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service, presentation, and writing skills
- Familiarity with common web protocols (HTTP, FTP) and ability to read modern web pages at the HTML/JavaScript/CSS level
- Experience using and managing issue/case tracking systems (Zendesk, etc.) with the ability to provide meaningful reporting metrics
- Internet/online advertising industry experience
- Experience in a start‑up environment
- Positive, self‑starter attitude with a desire to exceed client expectations
