Auto RABIT Consultant

• CI/CD Pipeline Architecture & Governance: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated pipelines using Auto Rabit. You will define the global CI/CD standards for a complex multi-org landscape, ensuring that deployment processes are scalable, repeatable, and minimize manual intervention.
• Version Control & Branching Strategy: Establish and enforce a robust Git-based branching strategy specifically optimized for Salesforce metadata. This includes managing complex merge conflicts and ensuring the integrity of the "Golden Repo" across multiple work streams.
• Sophisticated Deployment & Back-Promotion: Orchestrate seamless deployments across sandboxes and production. You will be responsible for designing a proactive Back-Promotion strategy to keep lower environments synchronized, ensuring that hotfixes and production changes are merged back to developer sandboxes to prevent environment drift.
• Environment Management & Org Refresh: Standardize the Org Refresh lifecycle. You will coordinate with stakeholders to schedule refreshes, automate post-refresh configuration steps, and use Auto Rabit’s data loader/masking tools to ensure sandboxes have high-quality, secure data for testing.
• Pragmatic Security & Quality Gate Management: Oversee the integration of Code Scan/Static Analysis. Given the existing technical debt, you must intelligently calibrate security gates—strategically toggling rules between "Blocker," "Warning," or "Off"—to balance risk mitigation with the velocity of the current SOW, ensuring critical vulnerabilities are caught without halting essential delivery
