• Oversee all aspects of the Technical Support task area, leading and managing various teams
• Analyze project-related issues and develop innovative, collaborative solutions
• Document and demonstrate solutions through various visual aids, including flowcharts and diagrams
• Provide subject matter expertise and support for clients to maintain enterprise architecture
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors, regarding compliance issues and risks

• Master’s or Law Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar field (e.g., Child Welfare, Child Support, State and Local Governments)
• 5 years of experience handling sensitive data sources containing personally identifiable information
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
• Proven ability to lead and manage individuals and cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Jira
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and regulations
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in a team environment
