Information Security Analyst

• Administer and maintain security infrastructure and toolsets
• Investigate and respond to enterprise security events and requests
• Analyze security alerts and incidents, identifying root causes for resolution
• Perform threat hunting using available security tools and intelligence
• Draft and review operating procedures and reports related to information security

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an information security role
• Information security certifications such as CISSP or CompTIA Security+
• Experience with intrusion prevention systems, vulnerability scanning, and endpoint detection
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical abilities and investigation skills

• Experience operating DNS-based protections, email filtering, and web proxies
• Passion for customer service and problem-solving in information security
• Prior experience with root cause analysis and security incident response
