What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Drive the AI strategy for the Wellbeing Collective, implementing scalable AI capabilities across commercial functions
  • Collaborate with commercial leaders to shape the enterprise AI roadmap and ensure integration into core decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prototype, pilot, and scale AI use cases, managing a structured experimentation roadmap
  • Develop and deliver enterprise-wide AI education programs focused on best practices and team-specific training
  • Build strategic partnerships with AI providers, startups, and academic institutions for collaborative growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven experience as an AI leader with a strong understanding of commercial use cases and technology translation
  • Expertise in AI prompt engineering, workflow automation, and agent-based systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through rapid experimentation and deployment
  • Background in CPG, eCommerce, or digitally native brands with data-driven strategy experience
  • Bachelor's degree with exceptional communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders

  • Experience in shaping pricing, promotion, innovation, and marketing strategies using data and AI
