SAP S​/HANA Project Manager

• Oversee project governance, risk mitigation, budget control, and stakeholder engagement
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including serialization, traceability, and data integrity
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP implementation projects
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve project milestones
• Act as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders

• Minimum 10 years of SAP project management experience, with at least 2 end-to-end SAP programs
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA migrations and integration with other lab/manufacturing systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English

• PMP, ITIL, or SAP Activate certification preferred
• Experience leading complex SAP implementations in the life sciences sector
• Proven ability to drive strategy through projects and ensure alignment with business goals
• Capacity to adapt to changing business needs and shifting project priorities
• Experience in business development and contributing to new business opportunities within SAP
