• Perform Epic application system analysis and design, including requirements, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation.
• Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, and reporting activities.
• Conduct advanced analysis of Epic application design and manage assigned projects to meet deadlines.
• Develop reference materials for supported applications and serve as a liaison between Epic modules.
• Facilitate a positive and collaborative work environment while mentoring teammates.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s/bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of eight years of related experience.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license required.
• Certification/proficiency in applicable Epic module and additional certifications in modules associated with the primary Epic module.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, with effective communication skills.

• Experience in healthcare technology or similar industries.
• Strong mentoring and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work after‑hours on‑call coverage.
• Experience with client and vendor collaboration.
