• Communicate and present complex technical concepts simply to non-technical team members
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions in partnership with Digital Services
• Conduct systems analysis focusing on technical process models and use cases
• Provide testing support and analysis for resolution of issues

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant business systems analyst or related experience
• Practical experience using MS Access, SQL, or Salesforce, and knowledge of relational databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience with cost-benefit analysis and system process flows
• Familiarity with SDLC and technical writing
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
