• Own the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for document management
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver solutions that reduce manual document handling
• Apply automation and AI to classify, summarize, and file documents accurately
• Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible across products, defining clear success metrics
• Drive measurable outcomes in document management that enhance operational efficiency

• Five or more years of product management experience
• Proven ability to manage complex, workflow‑driven product areas
• Strong product discovery skills and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Experience with healthcare workflows or EHRs
• Track record of delivering practical solutions that teams and customers adopt

• Basic foundational knowledge of AI and LLMs
• Experience in a similar role within the healthcare technology sector
