• Deliver professional services engagements in line with agreed scopes to meet client acceptance
• Enhance client experience through technical excellence, agility, and ownership
• Monitor industry networking updates and best practices to improve network management
• Own the customer solution lifecycle, managing risks, issues, and changing requirements
• Act as the primary technical interface for customers, addressing operational performance concerns

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Telco or Managed Service Provider industry
• Experience working autonomously in a multi‑vendor enterprise‑scale environment
• Working knowledge of ICT methodologies such as ITIL
• Experience with firewalls from vendors such as Palo Alto and/or Fortinet
• Understanding of financial impacts of strategic/operational decisions and identifying cost reduction opportunities

• Experience with SD‑WAN technologies, particularly HPE Aruba/Silver Peak, Velo Cloud, or Fortinet
• Expert‑level experience in routing and switching with Cisco and/or Juniper
• Knowledge of cloud security solutions such as Zscaler or Cisco Umbrella
• Familiarity with SASE/SSE solutions from various vendors
• Experience with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, or Google
