• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 13+ years of experience with database systems and platforms
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, Linux OS, and Windows OS
• 9+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong communication skills

• Recognized industry accreditation from a reputable organization (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Linux Foundation)
• Proven experience managing complex database environments
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and functional areas
