Technical Partner Manager

Employer Industry: Cybersecurity

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for privilege access services and product offerings
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring successful deployment and maximizing investment in Delinea solutions
• Monitor customer health and communicate results with sales and support teams
• Deliver remote services including software configuration, onboarding, and training for customers
• Track and report on new bugs, product releases, and security vulnerabilities to customers

• 4+ years of experience in a role such as Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, or Sales Engineer
• Understanding of applications, infrastructure, and processes in large organizations related to privilege access management
• Experience leading large technology projects that span multiple enterprise silos
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex operations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities effectively

• Previous experience with Delinea or other privilege access service solutions like Cyber Ark or Beyond Trust
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows server administration
• Experience with cloud solutions and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) providers such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon
• Knowledge of compliance standards related to infrastructure security and access management
• Capabilities with scripting languages such as Perl and Power Shell
