• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1‑2 years of experience in a technical, consulting, or client‑facing role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with software and front‑end development
• Previous experience with Qualtrics technology is a plus
• Experience with Gainsight is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Interest in software/technology
