Position: Senior Technical Enablement Manager (Pre-Sales)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own and deliver the technical components of new hire bootcamps, focusing on value-based selling and demo strategies
  • Conduct live and virtual technical enablement sessions for Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs)
  • Partner with Enablement Programs to continuously evolve SE technical onboarding content
  • Deliver technical competitive deep dives and value-based POV execution training
  • Collaborate with various teams to create and refine enablement content tied to live delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in pre-sales technical enablement, technical training, or sales engineering
  • Strong domain knowledge in cybersecurity and familiarity with cloud-based SaaS architectures
  • Proven experience delivering technical training to pre-sales audiences
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to distill complex technical concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Prior experience as a Sales Engineer or in a closely related pre-sales role
  • Experience training enterprise Sales Engineers or pre-sales teams at scale
  • Strong background in cybersecurity with knowledge of customer challenges across various personas
  • Familiarity with competitive email security landscapes
  • Experience designing or owning technical certification and readiness programs
