• Facilitate workshops and interviews to collect, analyze, and document clear business requirements
• Translate user needs into comprehensive functional specifications, including reports, interfaces, and workflows
• Analyze "as-is" vs. "to-be" processes to identify gaps and recommend industry best practices
• Serve as the primary point of communication between end-users, IT personnel, and external vendors
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization, and maximum solution value

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• US Citizen with an Active Secret Clearance
• 2–4 years of experience in functional or systems analysis
• Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of Jira Software and Confluence

• Experience supporting Military Sealift Command or similar maritime/logistics organizations
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
