• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and decision‑making for business application conversions/implementations related to acquisitions and mergers
• Manage daily project team efforts and provide direction to staff, contractors, and vendors
• Oversee current and future M&A activity, ensuring milestones, deliverables, timeline, and budget are met
• Maintain consistent communication with project sponsors and team members regarding project vision and status
• Create and document processes and tools aligned with project management methodology and ERP best practices

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in information technology and business applications
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and mentor team members
• Advanced knowledge of computer operating platforms and applications software
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with key leaders

• Experience with ERP application/software integration
• Familiarity with project management and change management software and methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar products
• Experience working with clinical and technical customers, vendors, and management
