• Audit the work of Compliance Agents, identifying errors and providing feedback through coaching
• Address compliance risk questions from agents regarding customer accounts
• Review customer use cases during the compliance review process and communicate outcomes
• Conduct online audits and contact website owners for the removal of unauthorized brand references
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with the Fair Credit Reporting Act or related compliance areas
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in English at a professional level
• Familiarity with online subscription-based or SaaS business models is a plus

• Paralegal experience is a plus
• Previous experience in advertising or marketing compliance
• A strong desire to contribute to a high-growth, innovative organization
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first work environment
