• Lead large‑scale technology transformation programs through all phases, from discovery and design to implementation and stabilization
• Drive portfolio lead‑to‑quote and quote‑to‑revenue programs across multiple business units
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with workflow owners, product leads, engineering teams, and external stakeholders
• Report progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership through structured updates and status reports
• Collaborate across teams to gather requirements and success criteria for program outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in project and program management, with success in leading complex, cross‑functional SaaS or enterprise systems programs
• Experience in supporting change management initiatives, including stakeholder adoption and communication planning
• Strong understanding of change management and communication practices in the context of enterprise systems
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Prosci
• Experience delivering quote‑to‑revenue or billing technology implementations, including integration design and business process reengineering
• Proficiency in building presentations and structuring executive‑ready communications
