Program Manager, M&A

• Manage complex programs with cross-team integration points using various methodologies
• Develop, refine, and manage project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Identify and document project risks/impediments throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate standard meetings including backlog preparation, iteration planning, and retrospectives
• Monitor project schedules and proactively adjust plans to address potential challenges

• 10 to 12 years of IT work experience, with 7+ years managing infrastructure/ISO projects
• 5 years leading IT M&A integrations and 3+ years of Agile experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or Engineering; or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Information Security projects and working on mergers & acquisition projects
• PMP certification preferred; SAFe Agile experience recommended

• Related certifications in project management or Agile methodologies
• Experience leading IT infrastructure integrations for acquisitions, including O365 tenant integration
• Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office, Clarity, and Jira
