- Proficiency in creating test plans, procedures, and user stories
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with 508 accessibility compliance and testing mobile applications
- Familiarity with automated testing technologies like Selenium
- Previous experience with a content management system (CMS), ideally Drupal
- Ability to translate complex technical subjects into accessible language
- Collaborative skills to work with content and technical managers on user needs
