SolutionDesign
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable SharePoint‑based solutions.
- Architect and implement custom SharePoint components, including workflows, web parts, and applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution align with operational needs and governance standards.
- Develop and configure SharePoint solutions using supported development frameworks and tools (e.g., .NET, Power Shell).
- Create custom workflows, web parts, and extensions to enhance SharePoint functionality.
- Integrate SharePoint with external systems, data sources, and other enterprise systems and applications.
- Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to validate functionality, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and remediate defects identified during testing or production use.
- Provide technical support and issue resolution for deployed SharePoint solutions.
- Deliver ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and operational support for SharePoint environments.
- Monitor system performance and resolve application or configuration issues.
- Stay current with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related platform update, best practices, and security standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design artifacts, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of eight years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and implementation best practices.
- Proficiency in .NET, C#, Power Shell, and other relevant development tools.
- Proficiency consuming RESTful APIs and building custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions within a microservice‑based enterprise environment.
- Hands‑on experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skill.
- Ability to successfully pass a Public Trust investigation.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
- SharePoint Development or Microsoft 365 related certifications.
- Experience supporting SharePoint migration, modernization, or upgrade initiatives.
- Familiarity with Azure and cloud‑based SharePoint solutions.
