What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen-AI) models and tools
  • Proactively identify emerging on-road issue trends and develop data-driven strategies for issue discovery and monitoring
  • Define and document new policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) integrating AI tools into daily workflows
  • Implement robust quality control processes for both human and AI-generated outputs, ensuring data integrity
  • Provide technical leadership and consultation to stakeholders, enhancing workflows and quality in operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Autonomous Vehicle Software Quality Operations
  • Increased competency in supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle
  • Experience with ML testing and validation, including dataset quality assurance and performance evaluation
  • Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations, with the ability to learn and implement new concepts quickly
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining good judgment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with offshore teams or multiple local operations hubs
  • Competency in LLM/transformer models or ML for robotics domain experience
  • Self-motivated with basic skills in task planning and time management
  • Experience in results analysis and direct customer consultation for developing new solutions
  • Familiarity with bias detection and edge-case scenario testing in ML validation
