• Drive end‑to‑end program delivery for enterprise marketing solutions such as website enhancements and personalization
• Partner cross‑functionally with various teams to align digital roadmaps and timelines
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers operating in an agile framework
• Manage a structured intake process to assess and prioritize requests from business stakeholders
• Establish best practices for project execution, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

• 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in a digital marketing or web experience‑focused role
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale digital programs, including websites and campaign ecosystems
• Demonstrated leadership of cross‑functional teams in an agile environment
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications

• Experience in the life sciences, industrial, or manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with B2B marketing, web development, and digital business operations
• Hands‑on experience with A/B testing, UX optimization tools, and project management software
