SAP Training Lead

• Plan and coordinate the overall training strategy and schedule for the S/4
  
  HANA implementation
• Develop and refine training materials, including user guides and e-learning modules
• Lead training sessions and workshops using various delivery methods
• Monitor training delivery, gather feedback, and report on progress and key metrics
• Collaborate with project managers and functional leads to align training with project goals

• Proven project management skills to ensure timely completion of training initiatives
• Understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA systems or the ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge
• Proficiency in developing various training materials and assessing their effectiveness
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing schedules and documentation

• Experience with tools like SAP Enable Now or other e-learning authoring tools
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Background in change management or stakeholder engagement
